Fees range between $320-$592 a month, plus heat and hydro. Residents include club house amenities including: 24-hour staffed gatehouse and security, three outdoor pools, four tennis courts, satellite clubhouses, and a 16,000 sq. ft. Swan Club with indoor saltwater pool, equipped fitness gym, games room and outdoor decks overlooking the lake.
